ReadyCash provides you with the following services...

1. Deposit Funds in ReadyCash Wallet

Prior to transacting, funds must be deposited into your ReadyCash wallet, by visiting authorised ReadyCash agent outlets OR at designated bank branches.

At an Agent Outlet...

Inform the agent how much you wish to deposit and give him cash.
Agent will use their phone to send you e-money in exchange for the cash.
You and the ReadyCash agent will receive SMS notifications from ReadyCash confirming the transaction.

At a Bank Branch...

Pick & fill a customised deposit slip.
Give the filled deposit slip and cash to teller.
Teller will capture the transaction.
You will receive an SMS notification from ReadyCash confirming the transaction.

2. Send Money

You can send or transfer money to any other mobile phone user, even if they are not a ReadyCash Customer. To send money you must first deposit cash into your own ReadyCash wallet.

To send money...

Go to the 'Transactions' menu on the ReadyCash application.
Select 'Send Money'
Enter your recipient's phone number, the amount you wish to send and your PIN.
You will receive a summary page of the information you have entered above, (e.g. 'You are about to Send NGN15000 to 08021345678').
Confirm that the destination wallet is correct then Press 'yes'.
You and the recipient will receive SMS notifications confirming the transaction.

3. Withdraw Money

You can withdraw money from any ReadyCash agent outlet or at designated bank branches.

To withdraw at an Agent Outlet...

On the Readycash application, click 'Withdraw Money'.
Select 'From agent' menu option.
Select an Agent Outlet where you wish to pick up cash.
Fill in the agent ID, the amount and PIN.
An auto-generated unique transaction code is delivered to your phone.
Present the code to the Agent.
Agent confirms the transaction on his mobile phone.
Agent presents cash to you.

To withdraw at a Partner Bank...

On the ReadyCash application, click 'Withdraw Money'.
Select 'From bank'
Select the bank of choice, the amount and PIN
An auto-generated unique transaction code is delivered to your phone
At bank branch, fill the customised withdrawal slip
Present the filled slip to teller
Teller confirms the transaction
Teller presents cash to you

4. Buy Airtime

As a ReadyCash subscriber, you will be able to purchase airtime of different denominations and Telco networks for your phone or another phone. Value will be deducted from your ReadyCash account.

Go to 'Buy airtime' on your ReadyCash application.
Enter mobile phone number of the phone you are buying airtime for.
Select the Telco network of choice
Enter the amount of airtime you wish to buy
Enter your PIN and then confirm the details. The confirmation message will read "You are about to purchase a voucher worth NGN750.00 to be sent to 08021134343"
Complete transaction by pressing 'Yes'
You will receive a confirmation SMS from ReadyCash.

5. Pay Bills

ReadyCash registered customers can pay their bills for services received from a selected number of billers. Currently ReadyCash allow payments to a number of biller and the numbers continue to grow daily as more companies are listed. Bills can be paid directly on your ReadyCash customer application OR at a ReadyCash Agent Outlet.

To pay your Bills...

You need to have a ReadyCash Wallet.
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover the amount you are paying.
Select 'Pay Bill' from the ReadyCash application on your phone.
Select the biller of choice from the list of supported billers.
Enter your customer ID (traceable to you on the biller's system).
Enter the amount you wish to pay.
Enter your PIN.
Confirm details are correct and press 'OK'
You will receive a confirmation SMS from ReadyCash.

To pay for Other Bills...

You need to have a ReadyCash Wallet.
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover the amount you are paying.
Select 'Pay Bill' from the ReadyCash application on your phone.
Select the 'Other Bills' menu option.
Enter the Biller Unique Number**.
Enter your customer ID (traceable to you on the biller's system).
Enter the amount you wish to pay.
Enter your PIN.
Confirm details are correct and press 'OK'
You will receive a confirmation SMS from ReadyCash.
** Confirm the 'Biller Code' of the company you intend to pay a bill to before transferring cash. They will advice you on any applicable charges, if any exists.

To pay for Bills at an Agent Outlet...

Walk to an authorised ReadyCash Agent Outlet.
Present the name of bill, biller and amount to be paid.
The Agent executes the payment on his mobile phone.
You will receive a confirmation SMS of the transaction from ReadyCash.

6. Pay Merchants

To pay merchants on your ReadyCash application:

You need to have a ReadyCash Wallet.
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover the amount you are paying.
Select 'Pay Merchant' from the ReadyCash application on your phone.
Enter the Shop ID/Merchant Code and Invoice Number.
Enter the amount you wish to pay.
Enter your PIN, click 'Pay Merchant'.
Confirm that the details are correct and press OK.
You will receive a confirmation SMS from ReadyCash.
